"Spiritual Integrity" Free Equinox Meditation

As we watch our world go further into chaos, and it becomes more difficult to know what is truth and what isn't, it is more important than ever that we hold a strong focus of integrity. The highest form of integrity has a spiritual focus, discerning the truth through the eyes of the soul rather than the personality and ego. As we navigate all the streams of energy and thoughts that come our way, we want to be very selective and only take in life-enhancing flows. Truth at the soul level expands consciousness rather than contracting it. It enhances our awareness and ability to spread thoughts of compassion, acceptance, and peace. If we pay attention to our emotions, they are good indicators to tell us if information is lowering our level of consciousness. In the words of St Germain: St. Germain: Join this meditation to increase your ability to hold a strong spiritual integrity in your life, uplifting yourself and all of humanity. This is so needed now! We will be supported by a large group of Ascended Masters, angels, and devas. The energy influx on the Spring Equinox (Fall in the Southern Hemisphere) gives us a powerful opportunity to focus on this. For anything you read or are exposed to through the media, the internet, or other people: If it makes you feel angry or sad or fearful, do not believe it! These emotions are being deliberately triggered.
