There is a huge flow of grace being given to our planet and all of humanity. This means forgiveness is much easier than ever before, and mistakes can be quickly healed and balanced. Forgiveness is the antidote to the anger and blame we see in the world. It is an interior healing process that allows us to shift our attitudes and move forward without the baggage of harmful thoughts and blame. This frees us up to shine the Light of Compassion and Unity in our communities.

This meditation will focus on healing through forgiveness and bringing the flow of grace into ourselves and the planet, to end this year uplifted and strong. You can prepare yourself leading up to this event by forgiving anyone you can think of, including yourself. When you register, you will receive affirmations and other suggestions for this.

The energy influx on the Winter Solstice (Summer in the Southern Hemisphere) is a powerful opportunity to focus on healing and positive changes. If you have the four Atlantean Crystals (Om, Communication, Healing, and Knowledge) from a previous event, you will use these in the meditation. They are optional.
